Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install your eSIM in under 2 minutes.
Before you start
- Make sure your device supports eSIM
- Connect to Wi-Fi for the installation process
- Have your QR code ready (from email or order page)
iPhone (iOS)
Open Camera
Open the Camera app on your iPhone and point it at the QR code from your order confirmation.
Tap the notification
When your iPhone detects the eSIM QR code, a notification will appear. Tap "Cellular Plan Detected".
Add Cellular Plan
Tap "Continue" to add the eSIM plan. Your iPhone may ask you to confirm the plan details.
Label your plan
Choose a label for this plan (e.g., "Travel" or "Data"). This helps you identify it later.
Set as data line
When asked about default line, select the eSIM as your "Cellular Data" line. Keep your primary SIM for calls.
Enable Data Roaming
Go to Settings → Cellular → your eSIM plan → enable Data Roaming. This is required for the eSIM to work abroad.
Android
Open Settings
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (or Mobile Network → Add network).
Scan QR code
Select "Scan QR code" and point your camera at the QR code from your order confirmation.
Confirm the plan
Review the plan details and tap Download / Confirm to install the eSIM profile.
Activate the eSIM
Once downloaded, toggle the eSIM on. It may appear as "Downloaded SIM" in your SIM settings.
Set for mobile data
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → select the eSIM → Use for mobile data.
Enable Data Roaming
In the eSIM settings, make sure Data Roaming is enabled. This is required for international use.
Manual Installation
If the QR code doesn't work, you can enter the activation code manually:
- 1.Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually
- 2.Enter the SM-DP+ Address from your order
- 3.Enter the Activation Code from your order
- 4.Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation
Pro Tips
- Install the eSIM before your trip — it won't activate until you connect in the destination country.
- Keep your physical SIM active for calls and texts from your home number.
- Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi during installation.
- If the QR code doesn't scan, try entering the activation code manually.
- Restart your device if the eSIM doesn't connect after landing.
