  • IP address — for fraud prevention and approximate geolocation.
  • Error logs — anonymized error reports to improve service reliability (via Sentry). Personal identifiers such as email addresses and ICCID numbers are automatically scrubbed before transmission.

  • Send transactional emails (order confirmation, eSIM delivery).
